片中飾演母親高恩一角的，是韓國女星宋允兒(Song Yoon-ah)，而索拉則由女童星金洋琪(Kim Hyang-ki)詮釋，兩人攜手在螢光幕前共度所剩不多的歲月，相信會讓觀看本片的觀眾朋友熱淚盈眶。

New Korean film "Wedding Dress" is about a mother who will soon die and her young daughter.

This is a mellow family drama with an andante tempo, seeks to provoke a different sensibility to gently pull at the heartstrings of sometimes over-stimulated viewers.

Go-eun , a wedding dress designer and single mom, who had worked so hard her whole life that she had never packed her daughter's lunchbox before, is diagnosed with stomach cancer one day，and she has only a limited number of days to live.

Before parting from her young daughter So-ra , Go-eun wants to do everything she can for her, including making a beautiful wedding dress for So-ra for the future. As her condition worsens, So-ra finds out about the cancer and tries to fulfill her mother's wishes one by one, in secret.

The process of how Go-eun, played by a Korean actress Song Yoon-ah and Sorah, by child actress Kim Hyang-ki, are shown spending their remaining time together is sad enough to dry up the viewer's tear ducts.
